breakfast quality helpful staff room size insecure door uncomfortable bed lack of comfort
the breakfast was plentiful and had several types of bread. there was bacon eggs and cheese. the lady in the breakfast room was nice and even offered water.
there was no internal lock on the door. it was difficult to make sure the door was fully closed. the bed was not comfortable and my back hurt.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
helpful staff to-go bag adjustable blinds nearby restaurants
The staff helped me with bus routes and train schedules. I really appreciated the to-go bag they packed when i had an early departure. The room included a nice window with adjustable blinds, which i found very useful. I also noticed many good restaurants located nearby.
I noticed the breakfast was quite simple, it could offer more variety for the price i paid.

The room was new and immaculate with nice bathroom decor. Daily cleaning service kept the space tidy. The adjustable blinds provided good control over light. A window offered a view.

convenient location nearby restaurants easy access
The hotel is close to Termini station. I could walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Plenty of shops and restaurants are also nearby.
The bed wasn't great and needed clipping together.

service adequate, but some issues present
faulty air conditioning uncomfortable bed
the staff answered questions about local sites and provided restaurant recommendations.
The room had a faulty air conditioning unit, so the temperature was unpredictable. i had to ask repeatedly for more water. It was not automatically refilled daily. the bed was uncomfortable (it really was).

friendly staff daily housekeeping great location
The staff was proper friendly and helpful , even when i asked for directions to nearby spots. my room was proper clean and they did housekeeping daily, which i appreciate. location were great. I could walk to most places i want visit, it were handy.
the shower was a little bit small, but i manage.
