the staff answered questions about local sites and provided restaurant recommendations.
The room had a faulty air conditioning unit, so the temperature was unpredictable. i had to ask repeatedly for more water. It was not automatically refilled daily. the bed was uncomfortable (it really was).

The staff was proper friendly and helpful , even when i asked for directions to nearby spots. my room was proper clean and they did housekeeping daily, which i appreciate. location were great. I could walk to most places i want visit, it were handy.
the shower was a little bit small, but i manage.
